Hello Kitty Bedding!

I've been umming and arrring about the latest Liberty Arts collab with Hello Kitty bedding sets. There's loads of Hello Kitty bedding out there that is only for single beds. Me being as old as I am, I have a double bed. So anyway, I totally needed a Hello Kitty bedspread. I found mine on eBay. They had five different styles which I struggled to pick one. But I picked this one!

The design is called Park Life. It's got so many great colours in it. I bought an under sheet and pillow cases to compliment the colours in it. My bedding before was just plain black or plain purple. This is such a difference!

It totally lightens up my room and it's just so cute! I feel like I want to buy all the other designs so I can have Hello Kitty on my bed all the time. The quality is just brilliant and it's so cosy. There's so many Hello Kittys on my bed right now!

Some close up shots of the design. The first pic, the bottom pattern is what's on the underside of the duvet, I guess you could use it that way too if you wanted. And the second pic is a bit of a close up at the design. It's all about being at the park so there's trees and a fountain and Hello Kitty and loads of her friends!

I'm thinking about buying another one next pay day just so I can have Hello Kitty on my bed forever! So look forward to another post on Hello Kitty bedding when I buy them all!

This week on Instagram!

As I'm sure you're probably aware, I missed last weeks Instagram post! I found myself stuck between being a little bit busy and a little bit lazy. I've also spent the majority of the past few weeks either working at my new job or playing video games. I've gotten myself addicted to Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 again, and I bought Skyrim yesterday too! 

So expect less and less of me as I play video games obsessively!

As you can imagine, two weeks worth of Instagram uploads is a lot! There's a massive 24 pictures for you to glare at, in one spectacular post!

My confirmation letter came through. Starting my Japanese night course in October!

Took Alfie out for a ride in the car to go and see my nan. He LOVED hanging out the window. He looks like a polar bear. Aww.

Yay, I bought Skyrim for PC. Been playing non-stop.

 Sort of eventful week this week. Work related things, a few games and some cosmetic pictures! I hope I didn't disappoint.

This week on Instagram.

Hello, hello. Welcome back, to this, another edition of 'This week on Instagram'. A healthy selection of uploads for you to glare at this week. Starting off with last Sunday which was the WWE PPV Money in the Bank. In aid of that I made some money themed cupcakes (dollar signs on them!). 

Also this week, a lot of moaning about the weather, which must have worked because it's sunny now! And a new hair cut. Look ahead for the images of the week.

Money in the Bank cupcakes. Tasted great! There was a chocolate surprise in each of them.

First most successful attempt at putting on false eyelashes. No make up on with it though, which is why the rest of it looks so terrible.

These were the gems I picked out for a bit of nail art. It didn't go too well so my nails ended up unpainted. I'll try again next week I think.

Due to not having any aerials around the house I had to watch DVD's all week. Now, to choose one.

Weather moaning number one. Where's the summer?

It was raining. So time to bring out my 'it's raining' boots. Served me well.

Lastly, this is all the Hiragana I've got memorised so far. I'm proud of myself! A few weeks ago my brain wouldn't hold any of it in, I'm doing a bit better now.

Slightly more eventful week than before. I've gotten used to being 21 now so that's cool. Should be applying for a Japanese night class soon, and some for cooking classes too!

This weeks update!

I haven’t been posting an awful lot lately and I apologise for that. It’s been due to an illness I’ve had over the weekend and a bit of head stress.

I’ve been pondering over what I’m going to do with myself recently. At the moment I’m unemployed and totally skint and it’s been getting me down. Which is also another reason why I haven’t been posting, because I’ve had nothing to post about! I’ve been stuck in a lot and I haven’t been able to buy anything either. I’m stuck in a bit of a rut.

I’m on an intensive job search, looking everyday and I might wander all the shops and try handing out cvs. That should hopefully get me somewhere. It’s horrible not having any money! I’ve had to borrow some to pay my car insurance tomorrow. Stress stress stress!

Another idea I’ve had was to take my interest in the Japanese language further. I’ve been looking up courses and such in my area and hoping to find something suitable (and not crazy expensive!). I’ve tried teaching myself and using the internet to aid that but I haven’t managed to keep any of it in my head, apart from some very basics and the first five hiragana characters. I think I’d work better with some formal training.

The first place I looked was some night schools, of which there was none that did Japanese language. I tried at the University but you need A levels to do the degree which unfortunately I don’t have. After a few phone calls I’ve been informed that I should be able to do a specific evening course for a reasonable fee and then go on to the degree. Which is lovely news! But in the meantime I still need a job to get by.

All in all, this has been getting me down. It hasn’t really put me in the mood to post things, and it hasn’t really given me much to post about. So I’m very sorry, my lovely readers. Hopefully though, soon enough I’ll be on my feet with a better life to post about!

Luckily this morning I received some good mail and today I’ve made some yummy dinner so that’s a little something to post about in a day or two.

Sorry about another terrible post! But I still appreciate all my lovely followers.
